Crossfire
This is another rewrite of a short story that was part of an earlier anthology. This time the manuscript was expanded from 9000 words to over 30,000 words so it’s a substantially expanded piece. It’s open for pre-order beginning June 6th and early distribution from Pride Publishing on June 20th with a full release on July 18th, Watch for the cover reveal on June 6th!
This is a rewrite of a short story that was part of an anthology with another press that is no longer in business. At only 99 cents it’s a quick fun read.
Camouflage is a contemporary western/rural story taking place in eastern Oklahoma. It will be released in early 2017 from Dreamspinner Press. Stay tuned for more release details.
Dear Mr. Keys:
First, let me wish you a healthy & Happy New Year for 2015.
Second, I want to thank you for some of your stories which I just came across this week. As an editor (and freelance journalist), I enjoy discovering ‘new’ works and the authors behind them.
I’ve just finished Chapter 23 of Double Trouble, and am thoroughly enjoying it, and anticipating ‘what’s next’. So much so that I wonder if you have some idea of how many chapters are yet to come. I know that’s a little presumptuous, but you’ve got me hooked.
Regards,
Tony
Tony,
Thanks for the well wishes and I hope you have a wonderful 2015 too.
I’m thrilled that you are enjoying my stories. I actually don’t have Double Trouble planned with enough detail to know how many more before the story is complete. But I’m planning to take the twins through high school so I think I probably am no more than a third of the way through the story.
Hope you enjoy the upcoming stories as much as you have the existing ones.
Peace,
Jon
